About Our Customer Service Center

Each Account Manager is equipped with a support team which includes a fully staffed and trained in-house customer service center. These customer service representatives ensure everything is running smoothly and address any issues in a timely manner.  These days, less than 20% of our reservations are made by telephone, but phone contact makes a lasting impression on attendees. The cornerstone of our full-service housing management is that we will have a person for your attendees to talk to.
